To ensure students excel at their next stage, we will give them the opportunity at each stage of their journey to reflect on what they’ve learned, discuss the implications on their personal path, and assist them in making connections for why and how it matters.
Near-term initiatives that will help us achieve our goals:
Creating a dynamic Havergal Pathways guide that helps students and families navigate and personalize opportunities across academics, arts, athletics, service, leadership, global learning and experiential education.
Broadening and deepening the JK–12 co-curricular program, including new opportunities made possible by investments in athletics facilities and the continued development of high-performance programming.
Defining a distinctive Boarding experience that supports belonging, independence, global connection and the needs of both Boarding and Day students.

Implementing the Havergal College Learning Framework to deepen teaching for understanding, authentic assessment and the development of essential global competencies.
Refreshing the Middle School academic experience to reflect the developmental needs of learners and create an engaging, connected bridge between Junior and Senior School.
Developing a JK–12 Artificial Intelligence Literacy, Learning and Ethics program that equips students to use emerging technologies with creativity, critical judgment and integrity.
Expanding University and Career Counselling to provide students with highly personalized guidance, enriched career exploration and a dedicated centre in the Upper School.
